This page is for meals that are so easy to make, they don’t really require a recipe. Because eating real food doesn’t need to be difficult.
Precook chicken breast, slice thinly, smear with pesto and wrap in bacon. Grill. Here we have left over rice, coconut cream with Indian spices. Mix mince with herbs and spices. Roll into small balls. Coat in flour and pan fry until cooked. Serve with salad. Left over roast chicken with avocado, sesame seeds and tamari roasted pumpkin seeds, salad and aioli Pan fry walnuts (don’t need to add oil), serve with salad, Camembert cheese and avocado. Pan fry haloumi and cashewss (don’t need to add oil), serve with salad and avo Portobello mushrooms with salad, grilled bacon and Camembert cheese Potato, Kumara and Pumpkin cut into wedges and baked in the oven with olive oil. I just threw ingredients in the food processor. Whizzed til smoothish. Rolled in balls in flour and pan fried in olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 tins of cannellini beans, drained
400 grams mushrooms
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tsps smoked paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast,
Salt, pepper,chilli to taste
3 tbsp pasta sauce
2 tsps lemon juice
2 tsps dried oregano
2 cups cooked quinoa (optional)
The recipe worked well with and without the quinoa. I just chucked it in, cos the kids wouldn’t have eaten the quinoa otherwise πNachos! 1/2 cup water

Cooked in coconut cream and curry paste until cooked.

In a pot cook onions, garlic, grated carrot, passatta sauce, lentils, parsley + salt, pepper and spices.
Pour into baking dish.
Melt sour cream (or make cheese sauce) and layer in sour cream and lasagne sheets.
Top with grated cheese
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 40 minutes or so.made eggplant pizza for dinner tonight and Miss 9 said “but we don’t have any vegetables!β
Um… The base is made from eggplant and the toppings are tomato, capsicum and parsley, onion and garlic. You couldn’t eat more veggies in one meal if you tried….. π

Cook until chicken is cooked.
Add shredded/finely diced carrot and cabbage and silverbeet.

In a fry pan heat:

1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsps of smoked paprika

Β½ cup fresh chives
Cook until no sauce is left
Add blanched green beans
Diced red capsicum
Fresh basil.
Stir through and serve
