Mini egg and bacon pies

Egg and bacon pies for the kids (and mine!) lunches

To make:
4 eggs
1 tbsp milk
salt and pepper.

In a separate bowl add 2 tbsp flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup grated cabbage and carrots. Mix well

Add to the egg mixture. Mix well.

Line muffin tins with bacon. Pour in egg and veggie mixture. Add 2 tsps grated cheese to the top.

Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked.
