

To make:
Melt chocolate of your choice – to thin it out add butter or coconut oil. This makes it easier to mix and thins the chocolate.
Add marshmallow and your choice of nuts, coconut and dried fruit. Stir well.
Pour into a silicone (or similar) cake or slice tin.
Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.
Slice and serve!
Amounts don’t matter too much, generally you need enough chocolate to hold it together. You’ll roughly need 250 grams of chocolate and 3-4 cups of ingredients.
