Chocolate ‘bounty’ bar

To make:

In a bain marie, melt:

  • 125 grams of good quality dark chocolate and
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

In a bowl put:

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 4 tbsps coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey

Mix the ingredients well

In a loaf style silicone or non stick pan pour in half the melted chocolate. Spoon the coconut mixture evenly through the pan and press down a bit so the chocolate goes up the sides. Pour the rest of the melted chocolate on the top.

Set in the fridge for one hour or until set. Cut into slices and serve
