Chickpeas and Quinoa

Vegan dinner inspo!

In a fry pan heat:

Precooked Quinoa and tinned chickpeas cooked in
Half a jar of passatta sauce
1 red onion, diced
Garlic
Olive oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsps of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tsp of Tamari
½ cup fresh chives

Cook until no sauce is left
Add blanched green beans
Diced red capsicum
Fresh basil.

Stir through and serve

Time in the kitchen : 20 minutes
