Vegetarian meat(less)balls

I just threw ingredients in the food processor. Whizzed til smoothish. Rolled in balls in flour and pan fried in olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 tins of cannellini beans, drained
400 grams mushrooms
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
2 tsps smoked paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast,
Salt, pepper,chilli to taste
3 tbsp pasta sauce
2 tsps lemon juice
2 tsps dried oregano
2 cups cooked quinoa (optional)
The recipe worked well with and without the quinoa. I just chucked it in, cos the kids wouldn’t have eaten the quinoa otherwise 😉
