Vegan peanut butter and chocolate cheese cake
Omg this is AMAZING!
Pour melted chocolate over the bottom of a lined cake tin. Set in fridge.
Whizz til smooth:
2 cups of cashews (allow to soak in water for a few hours, then drain)
½ cup coconut oil or cocoa butter
1 tin of coconut cream
1 cup dates
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup peanut butter
Pour ½ the above mixture into the cake tin.
Add 2 tbsps of cocoa and whizz til mixed.
Pour the rest of the mixture into the cake tin.
Pour melted chocolate on the top.
Allow to set in the fridge for a few hours.
Gluten free, egg free, dairy free, vegan. And most importantly its super super delish!
