Roast Ginger and Honey Marinated Pork Ribs with pumpkin
To make the marinade: Whizz 1 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp peanut oil, lots of garlic, large piece of fresh ginger and pepper.
Pour on meat and vegetables so evenly spread.
Bake in oven on 180 for about 25 minutes.
