Tamarilo Chutney

To Make:

In a pot put:

1 red onion diced

1 tsp of butter or olive oil.

Cook until onion translucent.


15 (ish) medium sized tamarilo’s,

2 tsps of molasses

2 tsps lemon juice

salt and pepper (to taste)

1/4 cup water

Cook until sauce is thick and tamarilo’s are soft (about ten minutes)

Serve warm.

Is great with roast beef!!!
