Hot Banana Pudding

To make:

In a wee cup mix well:
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp of milk

In a pot heat:
2 eggs, whisked
2 cups of milk
2 mashed bananas (or whizzed if you want a smooth texture)
1 to 2 tbsp honey/sugar/sweetener of your choice

1 tsp vanilla essence

When hot add the cornflour mix and stir well. Keep heating gently until thick (takes about 5 – 7 minutes). Stir often with a whisk.

Serve hot or cold.

Serves 6 – 8

We served it with chocolate sauce 🙂
