Don’t like Peppermint? Don’t add the peppermint oil and have it plain, or add another essential oil or essence to make it a bit different
in a double boiler or bainmarie (pot with boiling water and bowl resting on top – to gently melt the chocolate and not burn it)
Dark chocolate and coconut oil in a 2:1 ratio (depending on how much you need to make)
Add peppermint oil or other flavouring if desired. Stir well.
Pour on top of ice cream. EAT!
