Peach Chutney

Peach Chutney.

I made this yesterday and we used it as a dipping sauce for lunch and pizza toppings for dinner.

To make:
In a small saucepan put:
2 golden peaches diced
1 red onion finely diced
1 garlic clove diced
1/4 cup water
2 tsps of butter/oil
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tsp of lime juice

Cook on stove for 10 minutes until soft and onions translucent.

Add 1 red capsicum finely diced.

Cook for a further 5 minutes.


Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes prep time and 15 minutes cook time šŸ˜‹
