Bliss Balls are so easy to make and the recipe can easily be adjusted to suit what’s in your pantry and your preferred tastes.
And you don’t have to have a food processor to make them!…(tharr be more)
So here’s a basic bliss ball mix that you can use and shake up as needed.
π°π°π°Basic Bliss Ball Recipeπ°π°π°
Whizz:
1 cup dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dates, dried bananas, apricots or figs)
1 1/2 cups of nuts or seeds
1 tbsp butter/coconut oil /milk/coconut cream or nut oil
πππDon’t have a food processor?
Soak the dried fruit in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Use nut butters or flours and mix with whizz stick.
Shake it up by adding flavour. Try:
π 1/2 cup Berries + 3 tbsp chia seeds to absorb the extra moisture
π Cinnamon + nutmeg + cloves + ginger
π Dark chocolate
π Coconut dried, fresh or cream
π Macadamia oil
π Lime juice
π Fresh ginger + fresh turmeric + honey
π Tahini
π Fresh mint
π Vanilla essence
π Dark chocolate + chilli
π Peppermint oil
π Lemon juice
π Cocoa powder
π Spirulina powder
π Juice + rind of 1 orange + dark chocolate
π Mint + spinach
π 1/2 tin of drained and rinsed blackbeans + cocoa powder + vanilla essence
Roll in:
πDessicated coconut
πSesame seeds
πPoppy seeds
πCocoa powder
πNut pieces
