Bliss Balls are so easy to make and the recipe can easily be adjusted to suit what’s in your pantry and your preferred tastes.

And you don’t have to have a food processor to make them!…(tharr be more)

So here’s a basic bliss ball mix that you can use and shake up as needed.

🌰🌰🌰Basic Bliss Ball Recipe🌰🌰🌰

Whizz:
1 cup dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dates, dried bananas, apricots or figs)
1 1/2 cups of nuts or seeds
1 tbsp butter/coconut oil /milk/coconut cream or nut oil

Soak the dried fruit in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Use nut butters or flours and mix with whizz stick.

Shake it up by adding flavour. Try:
πŸ’ 1/2 cup Berries + 3 tbsp chia seeds to absorb the extra moisture
πŸ’ Cinnamon + nutmeg + cloves + ginger
πŸ’ Dark chocolate
πŸ’ Coconut dried, fresh or cream
πŸ’ Macadamia oil
πŸ’ Lime juice
πŸ’ Fresh ginger + fresh turmeric + honey
πŸ’ Tahini
πŸ’ Fresh mint
πŸ’ Vanilla essence
πŸ’ Dark chocolate + chilli
πŸ’ Peppermint oil
πŸ’ Lemon juice

πŸ’ Juice + rind of 1 orange + dark chocolate

πŸ’ 1/2 tin of drained and rinsed blackbeans + cocoa powder + vanilla essence

Roll in:
