Mango Jelly!

I made these for Miss 8’s birthday party. They were a huge hit, second to the chocolate coated strawberries πŸ«πŸ“πŸ« πŸ˜…

Quick and easy to make and no added sugar!

To make:

Simply bring to the boil:

2 cups of fruit juice (I used orange adn mango flavour)

1 cup frozen mango diced (whizzed so in small pieces)

When hot add 7 tsps gelatine.

Stir well to make sure the gelatine is dissolved.

Keep on the heat for a few more minutes.

Pour mixture in mini silicone shapes.

Refrigerate to set.

When set, flip out and serve.
