Fig and Almond Caramel Slice

This is easily THE most delicious thing I’ve ever made.

How to make:

Heat until bubbling (about 5 minutes). Stirring occasionally:
100 grams butter and
2 tbsp dark molasses sugar.

Add 1 cup Almond butter.
3/4 can of coconut cream

Heat for another 5 minutes until thick and creamy.

Add 200 grams of chopped figs and 1/2 cup roasted and chopped almonds. Stir well.

Pour into a silicone slice tray and freeze to set.

Time in the kitchen: 15 minutes plus making the almond butter

If almonds are out of your budget, sub for peanut butter.
