Got some best before strawberries sitting in the fridge?
Try this Strawberry chia jam!
In a pot put:
Fresh strawberries washed, chop the green tops off and sliced in halves (about 2 cups)
1 tsp of molasses sugar
¼ cup of of water
2-3 tbsps of chia seeds
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar (optional)
Bring to the boil for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the strawberries are softish.
Time in the kitchen: 10 minutes ☺️
