Egg & Asparagus Sushi
Made in 3 easy steps.
1. Make egg crepes (egg + wee bit of water whisked, then cooked in hot, dry fry pan).
2. Blanch asparagus (soak in boiled water for a few minutes)
3. Put asparagus on egg and roll. Roll in Nori.
