Moroccan Lamb and Chickpea Soup
To make :
In a large pot bring to the boil:
3 cups of sprouted chickpeas
6 cups of chopped celery
1 leek chopped
Leftover roast lamb
1 litre ish of lamb broth
2-3 tsps of Moroccan spice
Salt and pepper to taste
Time in the kitchen: 10 minutes prep time plus cook time
