Polenta Fingers

Mix until in a play dough consistency:
3 cups of cooked polenta
100grams of butter whizzed with 1/4 cup of olive oil and 3 cloves of garlic…(tharr be more)
1/2 cup psyllium husk
3 tsps baking powder
4 tsps curry powder
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of paprika
Salt
1 cup chickpea flour.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes in a wee bit of oil.

Makes 20 sausages.

Eat within 3 days.
