In a bowl mix:
500 grams of chicken mince
salt, pepper
2 tsp of lemon juice.
For different flavours try:
2 1/2 tsps of Cajun seasoning
Roll into small balls into a mix of flour and Cajun seasoning.
Pan fry in olive oil until cooked and golden brown on both sides.
Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes prep time plus 10 minutes cook time
