These are super easy to make and are great for dinner and the kids lunchboxes 😊
To make: use a thick non flakey fish (so it doesn’t fall apart) I used fresh tuna, but lemon fish would work too. Cut into bite sized pieces.
In a clean plastic bag put in 2 tbsp of corn flour, salt, pepper and your chosen spices. (I used oregano and smoked paprika, but you could use curry powder, Italian herbs, garlic salt and lemon…..)
Shake bag so all mixed. Add fish. Shake bag until fish completely covered.
Pan fry in a bit of oil for 5 minutes or until fish cooked or bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
