I’ve been making Christmas presents!
This one is tamari and chilli roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
In a wee tub (with lid) put tsp ish of peanut oil, tsp ish of tamari (or soy sauce) finely diced dried chillis (I used 2) and finely diced garlic.
Put lid on, shake like mad, then mix in roasting pan or dish with seeds so all seeds are covered.
Sprinkle over extra cayenne pepper for a bit of heat if wanted.
Roast in oven at 140, stirring occasionally, until the seeds are dry.
Time to prep: 5 minutes
I’ve put them in glass jars and will wrap with cellophane
