An alternative to Peanut butter! Seedbutter:

Roasted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds, oil (optional: I used Almond oil for its sweetness as these seeds can be bitter + extra oil helps my blender work better) and a pinch or two of salt (for taste)

Whizz til smooth.

Time in the kitchen, including grilling the seeds, 15 minutes.

Verdict from Mr 10: “It’s good but not as good as peanut butter “….. but that’s not saying much as he’ll eat peanut butter with anything!
