Chocolate Fat Bombs

Fat Bombs!

Miss 9 has had a growth spurt and is looking a bit too skinny. This is our go to snack for when the kids need a calorie boost.

In the whizzer put:

1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds,

1 1/2 cups of cashews,

1 1/2 cups dates or raisins,

1/4 cup of macadamia oil,

60 grams of dark chocolate,

1 tsp of vanilla essence or grated peel of 1 orange + juice from 1 orange and 1

tbsp cocoa.

Whizz til sticky and smoothish.

Roll into balls, dip into cocoa powder.

Stores in the fridge for about 1 week. Freezes well.
