Peaches stuffed with cheesecake (can also use apricots or peaches)
Wash, halve and remove stone from fruit.
Whizz, juice and grated peel of one lime or lemon, 3 tbsp cream and 100 grams of cream cheese. Spoon into fruit.
Bake at 180 for 10 -15 minutes.
Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes plus cook time.
