Popcorn muesli bar. This uses coconut oil to bind so needs to be kept in fridge and will melt in hot temperatures … then we call it popcorn muesli crumble
Recipe: popcorn, cashews, coconut, raisins and spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. Then mix. Melt coconut oil, vanilla essence, Tbsp honey and mix into popcorn mixture. Press in baking tin and stick in fridge or freezer.
Make sure you have enough coconut oil to cover the popcorn for it to hold.
Time in kitchen: 5 minutes
Anything goes with this so use what’s in your cupboard and experiment with flavours. My kids love it even when it crumbles
