Chocolate Muesli Bar
To make the muesli: Roast and whizz 2 1/2 cups of any of the following: oats, buckwheat groats, coconut, nuts and seeds. Add 1/2 cup raisins and whizz.
Melt 100 grams butter and 60 grams of dark chocolate. Mix.
In a bowl put: muesli and raisin mix, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut and the melted butter and Chocolate. Mix well.
Press mixture firmly into silicone slice tray. Put on fridge or freezer to set.
Time in the kitchen: under 15 minutes 😌
Make it dairy free: sub the butter for coconut oil in a 1:1 ratio and use a dairy free chocolate.
