Avocado Wedges

I saw a recipe for these ages ago and as usual, when it came to trying them out, I couldn’t find the link! Ugh!

But I figured it’d be pretty easy, so I decided to wing it and loved the result!

Mix: 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp Almond flour, 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1/4 tsp paprika, salt and pepper. Dip avo slices in crumb mix. Lightly pan fry in olive or avo oil until coating is crisp.

Time in the kitchen: under 10 minutes 😊

Crumbed mixture makes enough to coat 1 large avocado sliced into 4 pieces.
